Also known as 590 Madison Avenue, the building is clad in 323,000 square feet of polished Atlantic Green granite mounted on steel framing. The polished finish gives the exterior a reflective surface that emphasizes the size of the structure. Our people worked to reduce the owner’s schedule by 10 weeks.
