Advanced Science Research Centers
Institutional, Americas, Consulting
This project combined two buildings: the Advanced Science Research Center & the City College Center for Discovery and Innovation. Each building’s base is clad in over 99,000 pieces of Mountain Gneiss Granite. Split face, Mountain Gneiss is an extremely durable material, with continual visual movement. This granite continues along outdoor staircases and park benches, that sit in between the two buildings.
